The economic causes of this difficulty include the high dealing cost derived from the operation risk of the produce, 'trapped' farmers because of the great power difference between the both contracted sides, morality risk and opportunism behavior, and limitation of the organizations and the system, etc. The way to reform and innovate 'Corporation & Farmer' organization is to develop farmer cooperation organization.
