运用激励理论激发教师的工作积极性,要寻找并满足教师的需求,建立公正合理的工资报酬体系,要为教师设计合理的职业生涯发展路径,同时积极吸纳教师参与教学管理,发挥其管理才能,实现自身价值。
To apply the theory of motivation to arousing enthusiasm of the teaching staff is to seek for and meet their requirements, to establish a fair and reasonable salary system and to design a reasonable career development way. Meanwhile, they will be allowed to participate in teaching management to bring their management talents into play and realize their self-values.
