Quotation based on bill of quantities is a conventional method in making an offer. To ensure the prepared quotation in top quality, attention should be paid to such problems as understanding of contract conditions, mastery of characteristics of technical of engineering projects, etc. the author, based on his personal experience, gives a description of the problems attracting attention in the course of preparing the quotations of quantities.
