工程项目从立项、设计、管理、计划、控制到竣工、决算 ,都是在工程的自然特性、业主、社会、经济等方面的动态中实施的 ,这些因素的变化即为风险。此文就工程项目的全面风险管理的内涵、风险因素分类、风险对工程项目的影响、风险管理的对策、风险发生后所采取的措施 。
The implementation of an engineering project is all in the dynamic state from the authorization, design, management, planning, control to the completion and final settlement of account of the project. Changes in the above factors mean risk. This article makes an exploration of the project in terms of the connotation of the total risk management, classification of risk factors, impacts of risks on engineering projects, countermeasures of risk management, measure to be taken after risk occurrence, etc.
