摘要
分析了转向轮主销后倾角和主销内倾角的测量原理,根据空间几何关系,求得它们的测量值与实际值之间的函数关系。指出车轮定位仪测量系统存在固有误差,并对其进行研究,得出了系统固有误差的具体计算方法,计算出在常用测量区间系统固有误差在5%左右。为了提高测量系统的测量精度,应消除固有误差和简化操作程序。
The measuring principle for caster angle and kingpin inclination angle of the steering-wheels was analyzed. The function relations between measured values and actual values in terms of space geometry relation was deduced. It was pointed out that there are inherent errors in measuring system of all wheel alignment instruments. Based on the study of the errors, a calculating method for the inherent errors was developed, the calculating error is about 5% in common measuring range. In order to increase the measuring precision, the inherent errors should be eliminated.
