提出了一种全新的非接触式牛顿环仪设计思想 ,并给出了设计方法及原理图 ,同时比较了非接触式牛顿环仪与传统的接触式牛顿环仪的优劣。
Put forward one kind of completely new thought of non-contact type Newton rings apparatus design, give out design method and the principle picture, and compare the non-contact Newton rings apparatus with the contact Newton rings.
