摘要
以浮选入料浓度、流量为稳定控制 ,以浮选药剂的添加量为最优控制 ,研制了浮选药剂自动控制系统。应用结果表明 ,系统简单、操作方便 ,工作可靠、药耗低、精煤灰分稳定、控制精度高 ,能够满足生产工艺要求 。
According to the stable control of adding density as well as the discharge and to the best control of adding quantity of the flotation reagent,the automatic control system of the flotation reagent is introduced.The application showes that the system was simple,operated conveniently and it worked dependably,consumed lowly.Meanwhile the ash of the clean coal was stable and the precision of the control was high.So the system could meet the requirement of manufacture technology and the economic and social benefits were very great.
