摘要
根据液压支架的产品结构特点 ,以SolidEdge软件为例 ,提出液压支架计算机辅助设计流程 ,并根据流程图结合SolidEdge软件的零件、工程图、装配等几个模块从三维建模、虚拟制造装配、静力学分析、动力学分析几个方面进行了论述 ,同时根据软件的特点提出了相应的例子。
Basing on the production characteristic of hydraulic power support,as an example of Solid Edge software,the article puts forward hydraulic power support CAD process.According to flow chart and accessory module,assembly module,project picture module in combination with software of Solid Edge.It discusses from three-dimensional building module,fictitious production assembly,statics analysis and dynamics analysis.At the same time,with the characteristic of software,it puts forward corresponding example.
