随着综采机械化技术的发展 ,大流量大工作阻力的液压支架进一步推广 ,推移千斤顶安装架采用铸件 ,其强度已不能满足使用要求。对现有 3t空气锤进行改进 ,改铸造工艺为模锻工艺 ,不仅增加了使用强度 。

With the development of the comprehensive mining technology and the correponding popularisation of the high-flow,high resistence hydraulic supports,the push jack mounts made of cast iron could no longer satisfy the operational needs,Therefore,modificationof the 3-ton hammar in stock,which allows for the change over from the 3-ton hammar,the forging technology can not only improve the strength of the jack mounts,but also save a great deal of raw material.
