介绍了一种通过差动式电感传感器在线检测摩擦副磨损量的方法。该方法磨损量的变化趋势具有明显的“浴盆曲线”形状 ,摩擦系数具有相同的变化趋势。实验结果表明 :该检测方法完全可以满足磨损量变化趋势在线检测的要求。

A new testing method, which is used to test wear rate of friction pairs by means of differential inductance transducer on line was introduced. The wear rate about method had a similar change trend.It was proved by experiment that this testing method could give the change rule of wear rate on line.
