摘要 1986~1990年以圆球草莓品种为试材,对茎尖培养、药剂处理、热处理和花药培养4种脱毒方法进行比较,结果表明,花药培养效果最好,脱毒率100%,茎尖切取长度需小于0.5mm 才能达到20%以上脱毒效果,用较大材料接种培养成试管苗,再用38°±1℃温度处理2周后,切取小茎尖培养能提高脱毒效果,茎尖培养脱毒必须经过病毒鉴定,方能用于生产。 From 1986 to 1990,variety Yuanqiu was used as experimental material to compare 4kinds of virus-elimination techniques.The results showed that the effect of anther culture wasthe best:virus-elimination rate was 100% and that of tip-shoot culture could reach 20% ifthe length of explant was less than 0.5mm.Bigger material was used to induce shoots in vitroand then treated at 38°±1℃ for two weeks,the virus elimination could be improved bysubculturing the treated tips.These treated materials can be applied in practical productiononly after viruses are identified as eliminated.
