摘要 介绍唐氏综合征产前筛查主要策略,对筛查技术的安全性、有效性及经济性进行评估,并提出在我国开展唐氏综合征产前筛查的经济学评价研究,以指导管理实践。 This paper presents main prenatal screening strategies for Down's syndrome,conducts technology assesment on safety,efficacy,and cost-effectiveness of prenatal screening,and proposes to carry out economic evaluation of prenatal screening for down's syndronme in China so as to guide practice.
