Calculation and Analysis of Rolling Bearing Reliability

本文较系统地论述了滚动轴承的可靠性计算方法。从滚动轴承寿命服从三参数威布尔分布出发,以滚动轴承寿命主要参数额定寿命L建立起评定轴承可靠性的主要计算指标表达式。根据滚动轴承寿命试验数据,对滚动轴承的可靠性和可靠性系数α_1的取值及参数β进行了分析探讨。

The Calculation method of the rolling bearing reliability is systema tically discussed in this paper. From fatingue life of rolling beating obeying the 3—parameters weibulls' distribution law, the principle relation evaluating the indexes of bearing reliability is established by means of rated value L of the bearing life. By rolling bearing life testing data, the reliability of roiling bearing and the value of the reliability eoeffeeient a_1 and the parameter β are explored.
