摘要
应用油料发射光谱仪、分析式铁谱仪、颗粒计数器和PQP铁量仪,联合监测6-135型柴油机气缸套———活塞在不同间隙条件下的磨损特征,并运用信息融合技术处理各种分析数据,提出135型柴油机异常磨损监测的判断方法。
By means of emission spectrum,analytic ferrography,particles counting and PQP magnetic debris monitor,this paper describes the wear characteristics of 6-135 diesel engines at different clearances between cylinder and piston.The judgment method is presented to monitor 135 diesel engine abnormal wear based on data dealt with information fusion method.
