摘要
对比试验与分析证明,新型陶瓷刀具比YG6X硬质合金刀具加工低镍铬冷硬铸铁轧辊的表面质量——包括表面粗糙度、表面显微裂纹、表面宏观应力和表面显微硬度有明显改善。同时用正交试验法研究了新型陶瓷刀具加工时的切削用量对表面质量的影响,初步得到了切削用量的优化方案。
By comparison with YG6X Hard-Alloy Tools, experiment and analysis show that the surface quality of the cut low-Nickel chromium chilled Cast Iron rous with new-model ceramic tools has distinct improvement. the surface quality includes the surface roughness, the surface microcrack, The surface micro-stress the surface microhardness. With orthogonal experiment, the effect of the cutting parameters on the surface quality during uew-model ceramic tools cutting is researched, and a preliminary optimal programme of the cutting parameters may be obtainned.
