摘要
目的 :研究微量白蛋白在电化学预处理银电极上的电化学响应。方法 :采用三电极系统 ,以电化学预处理银电极为工作电极 ,饱和甘汞电极为参比电极 ,铂电极为对电极 ,在 - 0 .1~ +0 .3V电位范围内用循环伏安法研究白蛋白的电化学行为。结果 :电化学预处理银电极上的白蛋白的循环伏安图出现一对氧化还原峰 ,还原峰电流与白蛋白浓度在一定范围间呈良好的线性关系。结论 :该方法可灵敏测定微量白蛋白 。
Objective:To study the electrochemical response of microalbumin at electrochemical pretreated silver electrode.Method:A three-electrode configuration was employed;the working electrode was pretreated silver electrode;the reference and counter electrode were saturated calonael electrode (SCE) and platinum electrode.In potential range of -0.1^+0.3V, cyclic voltammetry(CV) was performed to study the electrochemical behavior of albumin.Results:A pair of redox peaks of BSA were observed respectively and cathodic peak current was proportional to the BSA concentration.Conclusion:This method can detect microalbumin, which can be used in clinic test and early diagnose of diabetic nephropathy.
