摘要
邓小平对可持续发展理论的贡献 ,在于明确指出中国的发展必须实施“三步走”的可持续发展战略 ,稳定是其根本前提 ,改革为其奠定基础 ,科技和教育为其提供支撑 ,还必须控制人口增长 ,提高人的素质 ,处理好经济发展与资源、环境的关系 ,促进经济 。
Contributions of the sustained development theory by Deng Xiaoping are as follows: China must carry out “three-step strategy”. Stability is the pre-conditions for the sustained development. Reform is the foundation for the strategy. Science and technology can supply power for the strategy. In addition, we must control population growth, improve people's qualities, balance economic development and environment and promote coordinated development of economy and society.
