国际收支管理是宏观经济调控的重要组成部分。随着形势的发展,我国现行的国际收支统计申报系统需要进一步改进。该文重点分析了影响当前国际收支统计申报系统预警功能发挥的障碍,在此基础上探讨了充分发挥系统预警功能的对策。

Balance of payments (BOP) management is an integral part of macro-economic adjustment. As it develops, China's BOP declaration system is in need of further improvement. This paper focuses on the obstacles hampering the system's early warning function, and, based on this, discusses corresponding measures to bring about the function's full utilization.
