淀粉加工中玉米粗破碎的试验研究

Study on Rough Crush of Soaked Corn in Starch Processing

本文利用爪式粉碎机,以胚芽分离率和破碎率作为指标,对淀粉加工中浸泡后的湿玉米进行了粗破碎试验。对试验数据进行了回归分析。找出了影响胚芽分离率和破碎率的主要因素。并以这些因素作为自变量,分别对单指标和加权综合指标进行了优化。其结果可直接应用到玉米淀粉加工中。

According to seperating rate and breaking rate of germs the authors study rough crush of soaked corn in the starch processing, using claw-type of crusher. The main factors affecting the two rates above are found as a result of regression analysis. These factors are taken asindependent variables and two single targets and one weight comprehensive target are optimized. The optimized parameters can be used in starch processing directly.
