提出了14个评价行业管理水平的经济技术指标。构成一套较完善的指标体系。介绍了两种运用该指标体系对冶金行业管理工作进行综合评价的方法。即层次分析法和综合评分法。提出了要充分发挥指标体系的制导作用,必须加强行业组织与金融、信贷、税收等部门的有机结合。

An evaluation index system has been developed available to get 14 tech-economic indices for evaluating the business management level of metallurgical industries. Two methods of the overall evaluation for business management are described with the system applid to.i. e. the analytic hierarchy process and the comprehensive score. It is important that to play fully the guidance role of the evaluotion index system. metallurgic industries have to streng then the close cooperation with such departments as ban king, finance and tax authorities.
