Pathogenicity of dothiorella gregaria to Rosaceae and other host trees

对 5科 13属 16种木本植物接种DothiorellagregariaSacc .表明 ,该菌具有广泛的寄主谱 ,对蔷薇科大多数寄主树木具有较强的致病性。桃、枸子、樱桃、杜梨、核桃为Ⅰ类易感群体 ,杨树、苹果树、贴梗海棠、枇杷、水榆为Ⅱ类易感群体 ,石楠、山楂为免疫树种 ,其余为Ⅲ类易感群体。对苹果和猕猴桃的果实致病性极强。

The inoculation of Dothiorella gregaria to 16 species 13 genus 5 families indicated the pathogen had a wide range of hosts.It could make heave damage to most host trees of Rosaceae which were divided into 3 groups.The 1st group,i.e.Pyrus persica,Cotoneaster acutifolius,Pyrus pseudocerasus,Prunus betulaefolia,Juglans regia were most sensitive.The 2nd group including Populus spp.,Malus pumila,Eriobotrya japonica,Chaenomeles lagenaria,Sorbus alnifolia were more sensitive.The rest belonged to the 3rd group,which were sensitive.Crataegus pinnatifida,Photinia serrulata were immune.The inoculation to the fruits of apple and kiwifruit showed the pathogen was extremely pathogenic to them.
