摘要
四倍体品系选育是甜菜多倍体育种不可缺少的重要环节。1994～1996年用秋水仙碱诱变出四倍体稳定系42个,经2001～2003年小区鉴定,选育出高产品系3个,高糖品系8个,为甜菜多倍体育种创造了宝贵的基础材料。
It is extraordinarily important to select tetraploid lines for breeding sugar beet polyploid varieties.Forty-two steady tetraploid lines induced by the colchicines had been created from1994to1996,three high-yield lines and eight high-sugar content lines have been selectively bred through plot identification trial during the years of2001to2003.
