摘要 本文进行了雾化沉积工艺的研究,用雾化沉积法制备了Mg-Zn-Zr和Mg-Zn-Zr-Y两种合金坯料,经测定,雾化沉积坯料的孔隙率在10%范围内,致密度较高。在雾化沉积的快速凝固过程中合金得到了微晶组织,经随后的热轧,合金不仅完全致密化。而且组织进一步细化,从而提高了合金的强度和塑性。雾化沉积Mg-Zn-Zr合金坯料经热轧及170℃时效后,延伸率达到19.9%,是常规铸锭经热轧及170℃时效的2.1倍,同时还使屈服强度提高12%。此外,Mg-Zn-Zr-Y合金的性能也有很大提高。 Two alloy specimens, Mg-Zn-Zr and Mg-Zn-Zr-Y. were prepared by way of spray deposition. Their porosities were measured not over 10% with high compactness provided. It was found that a microcrystalline structure is obtained in the quick solidifying process of spray deposition, then fully compacted and further fine-grained through hot rolling. The strength and ductility of alloys are thus improved. After hot rolling and then ageing at 170℃.the Mg-Zn-Zr alloy obtained by spray deposition showed an elongation up to 19. 9% or 2. 1 times as large as that of conventional ingots under the same conditions with an increase of 12% in yield strength proved. The properties of Mg-Zn-Zr-Y alloy were also proved greatly improvable.
