摘要
研究了时效(单级和分级时效)处理对 Fe-Ni-Cr-Ti 埃林瓦合金的频率温度系数γ_f和机械品质因数 Q影响。指出,合金经930℃保温10min水淬后,单级时效为550℃,1h,分级时效为550℃,1h+500℃,1h时效后可得到γ_f和Q的最佳性能。同时指出,先高温后低温分级时效性能高于先低温后高温的性能,分级时效的性能高于单级时效的性能。
Aging effect (in both one and two steps)on the frequency temperature coefficient γf and the mechanical quality factor Q of Fe-Ni-Cr-Ti Elinvar alloy was studied.The results show that the optimum γf and Q values can be obtained the way the alloy is water-quenched at 930℃ held for 10 min then aging it at 550℃ for 1 h.or the way aging it firstly at 550℃ for 1 h and then secondly at 500℃ for 1 h . It is also revealed that in case the aging treatment Is effected in two steps.aging the alloy at high temperature before at low temperature is better than the reverse sequence also the one-step application.
