摘要
针对用 SGM法加工的弧齿锥齿轮,用矢量法推导了工作齿面和齿根过渡曲面的矢量方程,用牛顿迭代法求解。编制了电算程序,完成了轮齿图形仿真,为弧齿锥齿轮的有限元建模、分析轮齿强度和动态响应提供了精确的几何基础。
Vector equations of the tooth bearing and transition curved surface at dedendum are derived for Gleason spiral bevel gears by SGM and solved by Newton's iterative method with relevant computer program provided so as to implement the curve emulation of tooth shape. The study will lay an accurate geometry foundation to develop a FEM model for such gears especially for the strength analysis and dynamic response of gears.
