元代回回法与汉法的冲突与调适

The Conflicts between Islam and Confucianism during the Mongolian Empire and Yuan Dynasty

本文以奥都剌合蛮、阿合马、倒剌沙为例,分别论述了蒙古国时期、元初及元中期回回官员与汉人士大夫之间的关系。此外,在充分挖掘元杂剧的基础上,就伊斯兰教("回回法")与"汉法"在民间社会的冲突亦作了勾勒,较为全面地考察了元代伊斯兰教作为外来文化在遭遇主流文化———"汉法"时所面临的种种问题以及由此所产生的重要结果。

This paper discusses respectively the relations between Muslim officials and the Han scholar-bureaucrats during the Mongolian Empire, the early and the mid of the Yuan Dynasty. On the other hand, the paper outlines the coflicts between Islam and Confucianism in the folk society. Based on this, the author dissertates what Islam faced all kinds of problems as a foreign culture, when it confronted with Conficianism and the important results because of the conflicts.
