利用圆环镦粗法测定工模具钢超塑成形条件下的摩擦系数

摘要 本文应用计算机绘制了圆环镦粗测定摩擦系数的理论校准曲线,首次研究了圆环镦粗法在工模具钢超塑成形条件下的应用,实测了在模具钢的超塑变形条件下几种常用润滑剂的摩擦系数,并分析了影响超塑条件下摩擦系数的因素。 In this paper,the drawing theoretical calibration curves by computer for determina-tion friction coefficient using upset forging of rings are given.It is explored first thatthe application of the ring upset method for tool-die steel under the condition of super-plastic forming.Under the condition of superplastic deformation,friction coefficients ofsome lubrication in common use are measured,and the factors which influrence on fric-tion coefficient are analysed and discussed.
