电子政务是传统行政管理方式的一场深刻变革,从管理的角度探讨了地震系统电子政务的应用,提出了中国地震系统进一步发展电子政务的建议:a)切实加强领导;b)注意应用环境;c)建立健全信息维护机制;d)切实做好网络安全保密工作。

Electric administrative management is a poignantly reform to traditional administrative management mode.In this paper,the application of electric administrative management system in organizations of the Seismological Bureau of China is discussed on aspect of management.Some suggestions on development of electric administrative management system in organizations of the Seismological Bureau of China,including a) to strengthen leadership;b) to pay attention to application environment;c) to set up a sound mechanism on information maintaining;d) to strengthen network security.
