摘要
国办发 (2 0 0 4 ) 4 7号《通知》提出了协调电煤供应价格的基本框架。研究制定了《煤炭交易规则》 。
The basic framework of coordinating prices of coal for power generation and its guiding role in coal supply is analyzed, believing that coal prices decided through buyer-seller consultation and abolishing the practice of major bulk contracts would greatly contribute to market-regulated supply of coal. “Regulations on Coal Trading” is proposed to regulate contracts of coal supply. Analysis is also made of the major factors impacting on the coal trade fair.
