“三农”研究中的视野屏蔽与问题意识局限

Vision Block and Ideological Limitations in the Studies of the Agricultural Issues

对“三农”问题的研究日益形成一股热潮,而研究者的视野和问题意识,都与中国现实的农村农业状况呈现出巨大的反差。农业生产的特点、农业在国民经济中间的地位、农民的发展前景等宏大问题,涉及到相互牵连的方方面面,但是研究视野却集中在几个非常单一的问题上,而且研究结论往往仅与研究者的嗜好相联系,完全与现实脱节。农村的一些结构性问题已经延续了二十余年,学界却缺乏起码的问题意识,没有进行像样的反思。本文试图对此现象作出初步归纳和描述。

The agricultural issues have gained spotlight in China, but there is a sharp contrast between the researchers' vision and issue-consciousness and the realities of China's rural areas and agriculture. The characteristics of agricultural production, the status of agriculture in the national economy, the prospect of peasants, etc., all these big issues have escaped the narrow and simplified vision of the researchers who have been carried away by their own predilection. There are some structural issues which have lasted for over 20 years, but have so far failed to stir the mind of the research community.
