热膨胀槽对硬质合金圆锯片横向振动的影响

摘要 为了揭示硬质合金圆锯片的热膨胀槽对锯片横向振动的影响,对不同槽长、槽宽及槽数的硬质合金圆锯片进行了不同转速下横向振动振幅的测试,其结果表明:增加槽数对降低锯片的振动量(振幅)效果尤其明显,在相邻的槽数中,奇数比偶数的效果更好。槽长各不相同的4个锯片,在整个转速范围内,槽长最大的(l=36mm)锯片的振动量比其他3种锯片小;槽宽b=2mm的锯片振动量比b=1mm或b=3mm和4mm时小。热膨胀槽的参数值各不相同的10个锯片,大部分在转速n=3500~4000r/min处振动量最小,但有的锯片在n=3500r/min或n=4000r/min处其振动量急剧上升,其原因在于,干扰力频率接近锯片的固有频率,而引起共振。 To delineate effect of the heat expansion slit of sintered carbide circular saw on vibration of the saw, the amplitude of cross vibration of sintered carbide circular saws with varable slit lengths, slit widths and slit numbers has been measured under different rotational speeds. The results has been analysed. Influence of slit length (1), slit width (b) and slit number (N) on cross vibration of the saws. The vibrations under observation reduce obviously, when the slit numbers increase. Moreover, in slit number proximity, when slit numbers were odd, the vibrations were smaller than when the slit numbers were even. Among four saws of different slit lengths, the smallest vibration value within the whole rotational speed was that the slit length was the biggest: at 1=36 mm. The vibration value of saw with the slit width (b) at 2 mm was much smaller than that of the smallest width (b=1mm) or biggest width (b=3 mm and 4 mm) within whole rotational speed.The vibration value of most of ten saws with varied parameters of heat expansion slits was the smallest with the rotational speed (n=3, 500 r/rain—4, 000 r/min). When some were in n=3, 500 r/min and some were in n=4, 000 r/min among the ten saws, viberation value rose steeply. Because the frequency of the disturbing force was close to the free frequency of the saw, resonance would be caused.
