摘要
采用低压磨料水射流对高效率、高精度、高表面质量的CBN(立方氮化硼)砂轮进行了研究。喷射系统压力为3.8MPa,工作液体为5%的乳化液,喷射介质为80~#白刚玉,修锐CBN120 B 100的砂轮,实验证明效果良好。在3.8MPa较低系统压力下,可以对树脂粘结剂CBN砂轮进行修锐;喷嘴安装位置决定于磨料射入角、修锐参数及砂轮CBN含量;喷嘴直径为1.5mm、液流喷嘴直径为0.7mm、磨料供给率为7g/s时,其修锐效果最好;喷嘴进给速度越低,效果越好,但修锐时间增加。
In this paper, the CBN grinding wheel of high efficiency, accuracy and surface quality was studied by means of low pressure abrasive water jet. The working liquid is 5% emulsion, the jet. medium is 80~# white alundum and the wheel is CBN 120 B 100. The experimental results demonstrated that the effect is good. Under the low pressure, 3.8 MPa the resin bond CBN wheel can be sharpened. The mounting positin of jet nozzle depends on the abrasive in cidend angle, sharpening parameter and different CBN content of wheel. When the diameter of jet nozzle is 1.5mm, the diameter of liquid flow jet nozzle is 0.7mm and the offering rate of abrasive is 7 g/s, the sharpening effect is best. The lower the feed speed of jet nozzle is, the better the effectis, but the sharpening time increases.
