落叶松落叶病生物农药防治技术的研究

摘要 1987~1990年在辽宁省新宾县,吉林省辉南森林经营局部分病重林区进行林间防治试验。采用国内正式生产的多抗霉素等6种生物农药,对落叶松落叶病病原菌(Mycosphaerella larici—leptolepis K.Ito et Sato.)的孢子萌发、菌丝生长等进行室内药效测定,筛选出多抗霉素150倍液、农抗660 B 150倍液、春雷霉素400倍液3种生物农药,经1990年大面积防治试验效果达55.6%~62.2%,可控制病害的发生与危害。 There were six domestic antibiotic products including Polyoxins (streptomyces awtreochromogenes 4896) were applied in this experiment from 1987 to 1990. The effects of the antibiotic products on thegermination of the ascospore and growth of the mycelium of larch needle—cast pathogen, Mycosphaerella laricileptolepis K. Ito et K. Sato, were tested under the laboratory condition. The field application of the antibiotic products in the stands seriously infected by larch needle—cast also was conducted for four years. A 55.6—62.3% of control effect in the field was obtained when using Polyoxins at dilution 1: 150, Agriculture antibiotic 660G at dilution 1:150 and Kasumin (Streptomyces microaureus) at dilution 1:400.
