地被菊引种栽培试验

A CULTIVATION EXPERIMENT ON THE INTRODUCTION OF THE GROUND—COVER CHRYSANTHEMUM GROUP

地被菊新品种群(Dendranthema×grandiflora Tzvel.Ground—Cover Chrysanthemum Group)是80年代初期选育而成的。于1989年10月～1992年10月在哈尔滨地区进行该品种群的引种栽培试验,共引种18个品种。试验结果表明:地被菊中的大部分品种在哈尔滨地区栽培表现良好,仅在栽培的第1～2年稍加埋土防寒即可越冬,成年以后则不加任何保护措施,就可越冬成活。其优点:(1)高生长、冠幅、花朵大小均明显大于北京的同类品种;(2)花期均迟于北京地区;(3)在背阴的小区里,大部品种(除早花品种外)开花可持续至10月30日左右;在空旷地栽培的品种,花朵会受初霜(9月底或10月初)冻害,但花蕾不受冻害在初霜以后气温回升,还可继续开花。地被菊新品种可在哈尔滨地区推广栽培。

The new races of ground—cover chrysanthemum group of Dendranthema x grandiflora Kifam were selected in the early of 1980's.The authors started experiments on the introduction of the races in Harbin from the October of 1989. We introduced 18 races during the last three years. The results show that most of races behave very well in Harbin. The mature individuals can overwinter easily without any protection.The characteristics of races in this area can be concluded as follows:1. The size of height crown and flower is larger than those in Beijing2. The Blooming time is later than that in Beijing;3. Most of races can Bloom (exeept those flowering earlier) till October 30 in the area without wind. However, the flower buds are not damaged. After the early frost these buds may continue flowering.4. There are few races need to be studied further because of unstable Characteristics. This experiment show that the ground cover chrysanthemum group can be cultivated in large scale in Harbin.
