摘要
在我国西部地区,传统的以国有经济为主的单一所有制结构并无实质性的改变,民营经济发展程度很低,这是制约西部地区经济社会发展、造成东西部差距的一个关键因素。西部地区唯有从思想认识、基础设施、政策环境、市场体系、人力资源等几方面下工夫,才能促进民营经济在西部的发展,缩小东西部差距。
In China's western regions, the only ownership structure of traditional state-owned economy has not been changed and the development of private economy is quite slow, which is the key factor of limiting economic and social development in these regions and causing the gap between the the eastern regions and the western regions. Only after the infrastructure, police environment, market systems and human resources have been improved can the private economy develop in the western regions and the gap be narrowed.
