原木纵向输送机布满系数的研究

STUDY ON THE COEFFICIENT OF COVERAGE OF LOG TRANSFER CAR

在林区贮木场利用纵向输送机进行选材作业时,由于原木在输送途中的多点卸载,用充满系数描述输送机上的实际负荷已不符合实际。本文提出了布满系数这个新概念,用以描述输送机上的实际载荷,并定量分析了二者之间的关系。根据统计资料计算:在整条输送机上,布满系数仅为充满系数的一半。因而。在计算输送机的牵引力时,应以布满系数为根据。

The fact that practical loads in log transfer car were described by coefficient of permeability is not suitable because the logs were unload many times during the transfer process in log storage area. The new concept of coefficient of coverage was put forwards and used for describing the practical loads in log tronsfer car. According to calculation, the coefficient of coverane was equal to half of coefficient of permeability based on the average of all transfer cars. The results showed that the coefficient of coverage should be used for calculating the tractive force of transfer car.
