摘要
采用横观各向同性假设,对均布载荷辗压方式下,重组木网状坯料的形成静力学强度准则进行了初步探讨。重组木的坯料要求将间伐材等沿径向与切向压溃,而纵向纤维不断。因此,必须准确地确定加压数值。本文以复合材料力学建立判据,其分析结果将高于传统木材力学的分析方法。
The statics intensity criterion of forming scrimber network blank pressed with uniform load is explored under the isotropic hypothesis form horizonal view initially. It is necessary to define the pressed numerical value accurately because the scrimber blank requires that the longitudinal fiber does not break on the fracture surface of radial direction and tangential direction of small radius wood.The intensity criterion of composite material mechanics is employed as basis. Its analysical accuracy is higher than that of traditional wood mechanics.
