摘要
为促进我国细胞工程研究的普及开展,作者研制出了一种细胞融合装置,对其性能参数同现有国产及部分国外产品的性能参数进行了比较和评价。结果表明其交流电场的频率范围和最大电压输出显著优于现有国产产品。适用于植物、真菌、细菌等广泛种类细胞的融合。带负载能力明显欠于3种国内外产品,使电参数稳定性得到了提高。其制作成本低,便于普及推广。
Electric field-generating device is the essencially important instrument for conducting somatic hybridization by electro-induced cell fusion. The author designed an electric cell fusion device. Comparative evaluation was conducted on the peiformance of author's device with the domestic and imported comercial ones. Author's device has wider frequency range and higher maximal voltage of AC field output than the tested domestic device, and possesses a larger load capacity than the three commercial devices examined, thus is suitable for inducing fusion of cells from organisms of a wider range. Also the cost of author's device is much lower than the imported ones. In view of these facts, the author's device may bring forth a promotive effect on the popularization of the cytologic engineering researches.
