摘要 采用IC反应器,研究了该反应器处理猪粪废水启动特性以及处理效果。结果表明,在逐渐加大进水流量和COD浓度来提高有机负荷的情况下,随着反应器的运行,反应器污泥床区逐渐充满沉降性能良好的颗粒污泥,到启动完成时经历了60d左右的时间;启动完成后污泥床区中粒径大于1mm的颗粒污泥量约占81.3%,且污泥床区下部的颗粒污泥粒径均大于上部的颗粒污泥粒径;在进水有机负荷率达到20.6kgCOD·m-3·d-1,HRT不低于12h时,COD去除率保持在90%以上;同时,反应器对N、P也有一定的去除效果,T-N和T-P去除率约为20.8%和34.6%。 We studied several aspects of a IC re actor in treating piggery wastewate r, including start-up and running ch aracteristics,granular sludge forming proce ss in t he reactor,diameter distribution o f granular sludge and removal rate o f organic contamination.In the experiment,leaching liquid of s wine manure was prepared into 5range s of COD concentrations,i.e 2000m·L-1 ,3000m·L-1 ,4000m·L-1 ,5000m·L-1 and 6000m·L-1 ,which ware used as fermentation sub strate.During the start-up of IC re actor,organic loading rate(OLA)increased from 0.4kg COD·m-3 ·d to 20.6kg COD·m-3 ·d,and COD concentration in the outflow needed dropping to below1000mg ·L-1 before increasing the value of OLA every time.OLA was improved by means of increasing inflow flux and COD conce ntration alternately.When the reac tor was full of granular sludge at the60th days,the start-up was finished.At the time,COD concentration of inflow,inflow flux and OLA of inflow was 63338 .3mg ·L-1 ,180L ·d-1 and20.6kg COD·m-3 ·d respectively.Variation of COD con centration following height orient at ion of the reactor was studied,re-spectively,at the several COD concentration s of 2840m·L-1 ,3651m·L-1 and 5236m·L-1 ,the COD removal rate in the sludge bad area occupied 90.5%,91.6 %and 93.4%of the total COD removal ra te of the systemthat was 69.71 %,80.14%and87.45%,respectively,and only 9.5%,8.4%and 6 .6%at the refined treatme nt area,revealing that the sludge bad area con-su med most of the organic contamination,but part of the residual at the re fined treatment area.Diameter distribution of granular sludge was studied depend on t he sludge sample taken at the 20th,60th and 80th day.The results made cl ear that t he granular sludge diameter exceeding 1mm was little at the refined treatment area,and at th e sludge bad area was about 81.2%,whi ch was imp ortant for CODremoval with a high-speed.At the same time,diameter distribut io n of granular sludge was different at different height of the sludge bad area .Depending on the data gained at the 80th day,the diameter of the granular s ludge at the underside was bigger than that at the upside.After start-up of t he reactor was finished,the concen tration of T-N,T-P andNH 4+-N in the inflow and outflowhadbeendeterminedonce eve ry two days during th e following20days,results showedthatICreactor hada certainremovaleffect for N and P.The T-Nand T-P removal rate was 20.8%and 34.6%respectively ,b ut NH 4+-Nconcentration had a little additi on.
