摘要
采用盆栽试验方法,研究了利用制浆造纸废液产生的木质素污泥改良酸性土壤,对小麦玉米生长发育的影响。结果表明,掺量0.25%~0.50%、细度≥20目条件下使耕层土壤酸度调节至适宜植物生长的pH值6~7范围。污泥改土对小麦和玉米根系,特别是对侧根、毛细根发育的促进作用相当显著,发达的根系增强了植物吸收土壤中氮、磷、水分等的能力。培养8周的小麦株体中氮、磷含量分别较对照提高19.6%~40.5%,5.5%~7.2%。研究结果可为酸壤改良和废水处理污泥再利用提供技术支持。
Through pot experiments,the acid s o il improvement using lignin-sludge from pulping black liquor and its effects o n the growth of wheat and maize were studie d.When the dose of lignin sludge wa s f rom 0.25%to 0.50%and the size of grain was≤0.9mm,the soil pH value in the plough horizon was at 6to 7suitable for the g rowth of plants.Th e root systems of w heat and corn,especially the lateral roots and root hairs w ere promoted in the improvin g acid soil with lignin sludge,which increased the absorption capacity of root system for N,P and H 2 O in the soil and accelerated the grow th of plant.The contents of N and P in t he wheat plant cultivated for 8weeks increased by 19.6%~40.5%a nd 5.5%~7.2%,respecti vely,compared with those of control.These resu lts may be used in the comprehensive application of lignin-sludge an d acid so il improvement.
