桐油包膜尿素和桐油包膜复合肥料的释放特性及其对黑麦草生长的影响

Nutrient Release from Tung Oil-Coat ed Urea and Tung Oil-Coated Compound Fertilizer and Their Effects on Ryegrass Growth

摘要 利用桐油为主要包膜材料在转动式包膜机中对尿素和复合肥料进行了包膜处理,制成了一系列缓释肥料。研究了2种桐油包膜尿素UT-02、UC-04及2种桐油包膜复合肥料CT-02、CC-02的特性和包膜形貌,测定了其养分释放曲线。在施以尿素、复合肥料和不同的桐油包膜肥料基肥的情况下,用盆栽试验考察了各施肥处理对黑麦草生长和生物性状的影响。结果表明,所有施肥处理均有助于黑麦草的出苗,在第6周时黑麦草植株高度顺序为UC-04>UT-02>尿素>CT-02≈CC-02>复合肥料>空白对照,黑麦草生物量的顺序为复合肥料>UC-04>UT-02>尿素>CT-02≈CC-02>复合肥料>空白对照。施以包膜肥料处理的黑麦草绿期为可持续7周以上,其绿期顺序为:UC-04≈UT-02>CT-02≈CC-02>尿素(U)≈复合肥料(C)>空白对照。 A series coated urea and coated compound ferti li zer with Tung oil as major coating materials in different coating rate were prep ared in a rotating coating machi ne.The basic features,coating layer morpholog y of 2kinds of Tung-oil co ated urea(TCU)and2kinds of Tung-oil coated co mpound f ertilizer(TCC)as well as the nutrient released curv es of the above-mentioned coated fertilizers were determined in the p resent study .A pot exp eriment was conducted to investigate the effects o n biomass and biological char acters of ryegrass growth on the soil amended by base fertilizer of ur ea,compo und fertilizer,TCU and TCC.The results showed that all the base fertilization has c ontributed to the emerging of the ryegrass,at the sixth week,it was foun d that the growing ryegrass had a plant height order with:UC-04>UT-02 >urea>CT-02≈CC-02>compound fertilizer>contro l and a biomass order with:compound fertilizer>UC-04>UT-02>urea>CT-02>CC-02>con trol.The gre en periods of growing ryegrass was longer than 7weeks for the coa ted fertilizer treatment,and the growing r yegrass hadagreen period order with :UC-04≈UT-02>CT-02≈CC-02>urea≈compound fertilizer?control .
