做人民根本利益的忠实代表是中国共产党人的历史使命。在新时期,尤其是党的十六大以后,完成这一使命的标准更高、难度更大。针对变化了的情况,代表人民的根本利益,必须与时俱进,要有新的思路,新的要求。
It is the historical mission of the CPC to represent the basic benefit of the people.In the new stage,especially after the16th national congress,it becomes more demanding and difficult for the CPC to implement this mission.Under the changed situation,the CPC should keep up with the time to come out with new idea as how to well represent the basic benefit of the people.
