摘要
在硫酸介质中,亚硝酸根与水溶性番红花红O发生重氮化偶联反应,在518 nm和348 nm处产生灵敏的吸收峰,根据两波长处吸光光度值的加和值和亚硝酸根浓度的线性关系,建立了一种分光光度法测定微量亚硝酸根的新方法。方法的线性范围为0~6.0μg/10mL,摩尔吸光系数为6.2×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。方法用于蔬菜和雨水中亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意。
A new method for the determination of nitrite ion is proposed by two-wavelength UV-Vis spectrophotometry. This method is based on the diazotization-coupling reaction of saforian O with nitrite ion in H_2SO_4 medium can result in a sensitive absorption at 518 nm and 348 nm. The linear range is 0~6.0/μg/10mL for nitrite and the apparent molar absorptivites is 6.2×10~4·L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The method has been applied to the determination of nitrite in vegetables and water with satisfactory results.
