研究表明,在土壤水分含量较高,有机质含量2.25%~2.35%的盆、框栽条件下,氟乐灵处理土壤后随浓度增加而药害加重,高浓度处理幼苗出现枯死。对大豆和共生固氮均有一定抑制作用。成熟大豆的株高、株重、英数、株粒数及粒重均低于对照。对土壤中细菌、放线菌和霉菌的生长繁殖也有一定抑制作用。
The study showed: Trifluralin application to soil increased the pesticide damage as the concentration increased under pot and frame cultivation conditions with high water content and 2.25%~2.35% organic matter content in soil. Application in high concentration caused seedling blight, and inhibited the growth of soybean as well as symbiotic nitrogen fixation. The height, weight, numbers of pods and seeds and seed weight of treated plant were lower than those of control. It also inhibited the growth and multiplication of bacteria, actinomyecs and fungi in soil.
