税赋不公是城乡居民收入差距悬殊的原因之一

On the Great Tax Difference between Town and Country Resident's Income

农民收入增长缓慢 ,是当前农业和农村经济工作中最突出的问题。对我国近年来农民收入的变化情况进行实证分析 ,指出城乡居民税赋的不公平是造成城乡差距悬殊的重要原因 ,从实际出发提出改革农业税制、增加农业收入的政策措施。

Nowadays the slow increase of farmers' income is one of the major outstanding problems in our agricultural work. In this article we begin with case analysis of the income changes of the farmers in recent years and try to find out the reasons causing the unequal taxes. Finally we put forward some practical measures to reform the tax system in the countryside and increase the income of the farmers.
