教育信息化是以现代信息技术为基础的新教育体系 ,旧的、传统的教育观念束缚了新教育体系的形成 ,已成为教育信息化进程中的阻力。提高教育信息化的认识 ,转变传统的教育观念 ,化解信息化进程中的矛盾 ,合理利用现代信息技术 ,实现教育资源共享 ,是加快教育信息化建设的关键问题 ,将对教育现代化工程的顺利实现起到决定性的作用。

The educational informationalization is a new educational system based on modern information technology, the old traditional educational ideas have fettered the formation of the new educational system and have already become the obstacle in the information-based process. the key problems in accelerating the construction of educational informationalization are to improve the awareness of the educational informationalization, change the traditional educational ideas, solve the contradictions in the information-based process, reasonably use the modern information technology and make the educational resources shared by all and will play a decisive role to the smooth realization of the educational modernization.
