摘要
水土流失和湿地消亡已成为长江流域最严重的生态环境问题。水土流失造成山穷水害、湿地衰减、水旱灾害等生态危机。分析研究湿地消亡和水土流失的概况及成因 ;提出湿地保护与水土保持的措施 ,以及水土资源可持续利用的策略。水土保持与湿地保护是密切关联的统一体。探讨其自然关系及维护水土资源可持续利用 ,促进社会、经济可持续发展的重要作用。水土保持应与湿地保护有机的结合 ,协调发展 ,积极倡导 2 1世纪可持续发展水利 。
Water and soil loss and the disappearance of wetland are serious problems in the Yangtze valley.It not only brings about many harms to soil,land and water resources,but also seriously hinders the development of agriculture,forestry,and ecological environment.Flood and drought occur frequently and extensively.It is necessary to accelerate water and soil conservation for eco-environmental protection.According to the characteristic of soil erosion in the Yangtze valley,some measures and practices for controlling water and soil losses are suggested.
