黄土高原北部农牧交错带的生态问题与农业可持续发展

Problems and Countermeasures of Ecology and Sustainable Development of Agriculture in the Ecotone of the North Loess Plateau

黄土高原北部农牧交错带气候干旱 ,丘陵沟壑遍布 ,生态环境脆弱 ,自然条件恶劣 ,经济相对落后。因此 ,如何解决水土流失和植被退化问题 ,促进区域社会和经济可持续发展成为令人关注的问题。分析了我国黄土高原农牧交错带的水资源、土地资源和植被资源的现状 ,从退耕还草、种植结构调整。

In the ecotone of the North Loess Plateau,there are semi-arid areas with hilly gullies,the ecological environment is fairly vulnerable,natural condition is poor,and economy is relatively backward.So it's an important question that how to control the soil and water runoff and degradation of vegetation,improve the sustainable development of the regional society and economy.After analysing the current situations of water,soil and vegetation resource of the ecotone in the North Loess Plateau,the authors put forward some countermeasures for sustainable development of agriculture,stopping grazing and recovering their original vegetations policy,adjusting production structure,developing water-saving and rain-collecting irrigation agriculture,developing courtyard economy.
