摘要
简述黑龙江垦区水土流失现状及危害 ,分析了水土流失产生的自然因素和人为因素 ,在总结水土保持治理经验的基础上 ,并针对黑龙江垦区水土流失的特点 ,因地制宜地提出相应的 9种水土流失治理模式及预防保护措施。
The authors briefly present the status and damage of water and soil loss of Heilongjiang agricultural reclamation region, analyze the generating factors from the nature aspects and human being activities.9 controlling models and the prevention measures suitable for the practical conditions are put forward on the basis of the experiences learned during the controlling the water and soil loss and its features in Heilongjiang agricultural reclamation region.
