对辽宁省国土经济区划的探索

A Probe of the Economical Divisio of Liaoning Realm

国土经济区是在社会劳动地域分工不断发展变化以及国土资源开发利用的基础上逐步形成的。进行国土经济区划的目的就是按照客观存在的各具特色的经济地域体系划分经济区,并从宏观和战略的角度、组织在较长发展期内各经济区之间的合理分工协作,进行国土整治。辽宁省国土经济区的划分应注意:(1)不能把贫困地区划为一个国土经济区;(2)正确认识国土经济区与对外开放区的关系。

Econimic Zones of realm take form gradually with the deve1opment of territorial division of labor and the exploitation and utilization of the resources of realm. Acoording to the difierences among various objectiue economec territory Systems, economic zones of realm are divided in order that, macrosopically and Strategically, reasonable co-operation based on division of labor can be organized in a long period of growth, and that the realm can be reno- vated. Notes to the division of economic zones of LiaoNing province: (1) poor districts can not be put into one economic zone of realm; (2) The relations between economic zones of realm and foreign open zones should be properly acknowleged.
